Program Highlights

This retreat is a sacred dance with the five elements—earth, water, fire, air, and space—woven together to guide you home to yourself. Ground into your body through meditative mud baths (earth) and walking meditations. Cleanse and awaken with ice plunges (water) and breathwork (air). Release what no longer serves you through ecstatic dance and fire ceremonies (fire). Finally, expand into your limitless nature during our deep night meditations (space), where you'll dissolve into the vastness within.
