Chanshi's founder, Abhilash, holds rare dual authorization from both Mahayana Zen (effortless awareness) and Gorakhnath lineage (transformative pranayama technique)—two ancient yoga paths that dissolved their apparent contradiction through direct realization. This synthesis is not theoretical; it's lived wisdom transmitted directly from masters to practitioner for authentic meditation and breathwork teacher training.
Over a decade of refinement has produced a complete breathwork and meditation methodology unavailable in generic yoga teacher trainings or wellness courses. These aren't borrowed techniques adapted from public domain—they are copyrighted, lineage-backed meditation practices and pranayama techniques designed to create genuine transformation, not temporary relaxation.
Abhilash didn't create Chanshi to enter the wellness industry—he was called by his teachers to preserve and pass forward what he received. The organization exists to transmit authentic lineage practices in meditation, breathwork, and yoga, which fundamentally shapes how we teach and whom we certify.
Since 2014, Chanshi has certified breathwork facilitators and meditation instructors across India, Australia, Singapore, Dubai, and London. The methodology works across cultures, contexts, and client types—from corporate executives to trauma survivors to spiritual seekers—because it addresses universal human patterns through authentic yoga and meditation practices, not trendy wellness narratives.
